I can relate as well. The teenager with the phone, the cutlery thief and the wino, er, wine aficionado…looks like a family gathering. Fear not, Max’s stocking is well stuffed!

Jacques would appreciate this gathering although I suspect his table manners would be much better. Of course he’d be picky about the wine selection and there’d be some decent breads, too.

I’m amazed the producers got all those dogs at the table, kept them under control and then let the cat direct the dinner. It must have been a hilarious shoot. Just the stage directions would be priceless: “no,no, no…have the dog steal the cutlery….”
