Max was almost named “Tofu.” Really! We actually eat a lot of it because the AJF cooks Japanese food all the time. But let’s keep our tofu and turkeys separate! Happy T-Day Ginger & Murphy!

We actually love tofu at our house, but we had difficulty molding it into a turkey shape and stuffin’ it with unhealthy stuffing. Ha! 😀

This will be the first thanksgiving without tofurky since the kids are staying in nyc. All they had was a big turkey so we’re going to be creative with leftovers..flaming turkey wings! Happy thanksgiving to you and your family!

Not quite awake…I interpreted “Jack” as Jack Daniels and agreed wholeheartedly that a little Jack is a good idea before heading out into the wild lands. The dog…Tom…the dog…OK.

There was pie! Bothe pumpkin and banana cream. I mean, why not. The Costco ready-made turkey meal was actually quite tasty and we have lots of leftovers which I like. Did you hunt and kill your own turkey this year?

Ewww, no, I don’t hunt! I did, however, gut the pumpkin that contributed to the pumpkin roll my stepson requested. And it was quite tasty.
