Max would like to personally thank everyone of you who wished him a happy birthday. Problem is, his legs are too short to reach the keyboard. So, on behalf of the Malt, thanks for your kindnesses, not just on his big day but for sticking with this silly dog blog for quite a few years. Hope we have lots more opportunities to share this nonsense in the future. But for now, the pup needs to sleep. He’s not as young as he used to be. Snorf.

    I had no idea you were so close to Murphy’s age, which is 12. I must say your dog dad and mom have taken exceptional care of you, despite all the costumes. You look years younger. Have to give credit to your groomer too, your fur looks fabulous.

    But you get the most credit Max. Your personality keeps you young. Here’s a tip from Murphy…..now that you’re a teenager, you can get even with dog dad for all those endless photo sessions in some awful costumes! There won’t be any punishment because they’ll pass it off as ‘typical teenage behavior!’

    Hope you get your favorite meal and treat today!
